Feeling like you and your partner are roommates with benefits (sometimes)? You’re not alone — and you don’t need a drama-filled intervention or another book you’ll never finish. The Connected Couple is a practical, shame-free 16-week coaching program that helps couples rebuild emotional safety, everyday closeness, and erotic curiosity — starting with the one thing most programs ignore: connection. Learn to connect with yourself and with your partner.
This is for busy people who want results, not lectures. Each week you get a short video lesson, workbook pages you can actually use, and tiny practices that add up. Do it together, or start solo and bring your partner along when you’re ready.
Weeks 1–4
We start inside: self-awareness, needs mapping, and the gender & sexual scripts that quietly shape your expectations. You’ll learn how to separate “I need” from “you must,” and how boundaries can increase closeness.
Weeks 5-6
Practical attunement skills: notice, name, validate. Repair tools for real life (yes, the ones that actually work). Learn the short rituals that dissolve defensiveness and build trust.
Weeks 9-12
We start inside: self-awareness, needs mapping, and the gender & sexual scripts that quietly shape your expectations. You’ll learn how to separate “I need” from “you must,” and how boundaries can increase closeness.
Weeks 13-16
Desire basics, shame-reframes, playful experiments, and a sustainable maintenance plan. This is where curiosity meets action — not pressure.
Couples in long-term committed relationships who are ready to do the honest, practical work to rebuild connection. This is coaching — not couples therapy. If you’re in crisis, dealing with active addiction, or ongoing abuse, please seek specialized clinical care first.
No — it’s structured coaching and education. It’s perfect for couples who want practical skills. If you need trauma work or crisis support, seek therapy alongside the program.
Absolutely. Many people start solo and gradually invite their partner in.
No problem — the course is self-paced and lifetime access lets you catch up.
Plan for about 2–3 hours per week: a short video, a few workbook pages, and one partner practice.
